The Booking Process
Request a quote from BusBrother with your pickup address, destination, date, time, and group size. You will receive a detailed quote within 24 hours including vehicle type, route, and total cost. A deposit secures your reservation.
Day of Travel
Your driver arrives 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time. The bus is pre-cooled or heated depending on the season. Luggage is loaded in under-bus storage, and passengers board with assigned or open seating depending on your preference.
Onboard Amenities
Full-size motorcoaches typically include reclining seats, overhead storage, USB charging ports, a restroom, and climate control. WiFi is available on select vehicles. Minibuses offer similar comfort in a smaller footprint without the onboard restroom.
Communication with Your Driver
You receive the driver's cell phone number before departure day. The driver is your point of contact for timing adjustments, stop requests, and any on-the-road coordination. BusBrother dispatch is also available by phone throughout your trip.
